By using Wandercard ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Wandercard is a travel profile tool that lets you mark visited countries and share a public profile. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person. You must be 13 years or older to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to post illegal content, impersonate others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your profile is public by default. You are responsible for the content you choose to display. Do not use your profile to spread misinformation or harmful content.
Wandercard and its branding are owned by us. Your data belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your data as part of providing the Service (e.g. showing your profile to visitors).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
